Cabling is the part of an office that is hardest to change once the drywall is up. Everything else can be swapped out on a Saturday. Adding a drop later usually means running surface raceway down a wall you just paid to have painted.
We pull and terminate data cabling for the whole floor plan: operatories and exam rooms, the front desk, sterilization, private offices, the equipment closet, and anywhere a display, an access point, or a phone is going to hang. We test every run after we terminate it, and the results go in the documentation you keep.
Every drop is labeled at both ends, and the labels match a map you keep. If a port goes dead two years from now, whoever is standing at the patch panel can find it without tracing cable by hand.
Equipment goes in a rack. Patch cables are cut to length and dressed so the next person can see what connects to what. We check power and airflow in that closet before anything gets mounted, because a closet that runs hot in July will keep taking equipment down until the heat gets dealt with.
Operatory displays, waiting room screens, and the wiring behind them are part of the same job. Screens can be mounted on articulating arms where the clinician needs to move them, or recessed into the wall or ceiling where the room calls for a flush finish. Either way the cabling and power run inside the wall, so nothing hangs.
We handle the sources and the routing as well, so a screen shows what it is meant to show without anyone hunting for the right input in front of a patient.
Not every job starts at bare studs. In an occupied office we work around your schedule and after hours where the work would otherwise stop treatment. Cabling already in the walls gets tested and reused when it is worth reusing and replaced when it is not, and we will tell you which one it is before we start pulling.
A drop map that matches the labels on the wall, test results for the runs, an equipment list with model numbers and locations, and the credentials in writing. That documentation is yours to keep. You can hand it to anyone else you hire, and we will send it the first time you ask.
