Sometimes you just need advice. Somebody who has watched a dozen practices make the same decision and has no stake in which way you go.
A second opinion on a quote that seems high. Whether the software an equipment rep is recommending will do what they say it does. How to phase hardware so it does not all age out in the same quarter. What they inherited when they bought the practice, and how bad it is.
Which parts are fine and should be left alone. That answer comes up more often than people expect, and we will give it to you even though there is no project in it for us.
Where the real exposure is, in plain language, with what it costs to fix and what it costs to leave alone. Then you decide. We will tell you how urgent it actually is, including when the honest answer is that it can wait.
If you are acquiring a practice, the technology is worth looking at before you close. We can tell you what is actually installed, what is past end of support, what the seller's IT arrangement really was, and what it will take to bring the place to a state you would want to own. That number belongs in your negotiation, while you can still do something with it.
We look at what you have, talk to the people who use it every day, and give you something in writing. If you want us to do the work afterward, we can. If you would rather take the plan to somebody else, take it. It is your plan.
We are based in Katy and work with practices across greater Houston and southeast Texas, from Sugar Land and Richmond to League City, Baytown, and The Woodlands.
