Managed IT is meant to be the boring version of this relationship. Somebody is already watching the things that fail, so most of what would have become your problem never reaches you at all.

Scope
Monitor, patch, support, escalate
Practices
Dental, medical, optometry, veterinary

Greater Houston and southeast Texas

Documentation of what you have
Your staff calls us and gets a person who can start on the problem right away. If it cannot be fixed remotely, somebody drives out.
That matters more than it sounds. When a practice is billed for every phone call, the front desk quietly stops making them, and the small problems go unreported until they are large ones. Reporting something has to be free or people will not do it.
Servers, workstations, switches, firewalls, and backup jobs are monitored. A drive that is beginning to fail becomes a scheduled swap on a Thursday evening instead of a Monday with no schedule. Patches and security updates go out on a cadence rather than whenever somebody remembers to look.
We test your restores rather than assuming they work. On the day you need the backup, you already know it will come back.
When your practice management or imaging software has a problem, somebody has to call the vendor and explain the network to them. We handle that part.
The first thing we do is document what you have, because most practices have never been handed that. Then we tell you what is fine, what needs attention now, and what can reasonably wait, and we work through it in that order rather than replacing everything at once.
Dental, medical, optometry, and veterinary practices, and businesses outside healthcare that want the same standard of work. We are based in Katy and support offices across greater Houston and southeast Texas, from Sugar Land and Richmond to League City, Baytown, and The Woodlands.
